Breakfast Time!!
Make sure your child eats a healthy, well-balanced breakfast before school. Foods containing protein are a good choice and will keep your child fuller longer. Ideas include eggs, toast with peanut butter and yogurt. Try staying away from sugary cereals. For the not so big on breakfast eater... Carnation makes a yummy instant breakfast shake that kids like and are a good choice, containing 13 grams of protein. Medications!! Please make sure to keep updated medications in the clinic for your child. We cannot keep expired medications and will not be able to administer expired medications to your child.
